Youth
We are the communities First Youth Partipation Workers, we
run issue-based workshops and get young people involved in
their community and the Youth Sub Group.
Come along to the next youth subgroup and have a voice on
what you would like to see in your community. If you are aged
11-25 years old then the next meeting will be held in the
Van Community Centre 6:30pm 26th September.

Youth News
Young people have been taking part in an intergenerational project to learn new skills in knitting. The young people have made three blankets and displayed them in the Van Fun Day on the 9th of August.
Some of the Youth of the Van have been helping to plant daffodils in the raised beds araound the Van Community Centre.
Young people from the Van Youth Subgroup
had a visit to Big Pit to have a tour of the museum
because they had taken part in a Welsh Culture
workshop to learn about their culture.
Youth Club open 6:30pm - 9pm Wednesdays
term time only at the Van Community Centre.
All young people aged 11 to 25 welcome.
